Ricky Lee Blackwell, a man with a criminal record has killed an girl by shooting her twice in the head at close range killing her instantly. He then shot himself on the stomach after police closed on in him.

The killer Ricky Lee Blackwell was arrested after people saw him commit the crime in broad day light. Witnesses could not believe why a man could think of putting a bullet through the head of a 8 year old girl like Heather Brooke Center of Woodruff. The shooting took place at Chesnee at a home where Blackwell had taken the girl and his ex-wife for swimming.

Its alleged that the killer Ricky Lee Blackwell put the 8 year old girl in a headlock and shot her twice in the head killing her instantly. The girls father is dating Ricky Lee Blackwell’s estranged wife and this could have provoked the insane killing of the girl. The killer is in hospital though his condition has not been revealed as of yet.
